Worship
At KCC we enjoy God and have freedom to express our love to God through spontaneous worship.
To be a Christian is not about religion rather it is having a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. We worship God because we love Him and because He first loved us.
Our worship is unto God and God alone. We exalt Him with our praise because of who he is and because of what he has done for us.
To worship is a lifestyle. We express our love and admiration to God flowing from a grateful heart. We can express praise and worship in song, dance, through instruments and the way we live our lives in obedience to God’s will. It is all about having a personal relationship with God.
William Temple once wrote:
“Worship is to quicken the conscience by the holiness of God,
To feed the mind with the truth of God,
To purge the imagination by the beauty of God,
To devote the will to the purpose of God.”
