Welcome, we're glad you're here!  At Kennet Christian Centre we aim to lead people to become fully devoted followers of Jesus Christ. As a church we like to tell people the truth about Jesus and to be a place of exuberant worship where as disciples we can receive sound teaching in the Bible and to be a positive influence on the community around us in practical as well as spiritual ways.

We are excited that God is developing our vision and we are seeing the church developing in many ways. We aim through prayer and action to impact the community locally and internationally. God has impressed on us that we are to be a centre of fervent prayer. We don’t want to be lukewarm in the way we follow Jesus but red hot!

You'll find us a friendly and welcoming church and visitors are always welcome to join us. Whether you’re single, married, single again, with or without children - no matter where you’ve been or what you’ve done - we invite you to experience church at KCC. We have 3 services every Sunday -  9am, 10:30am, and 6:30pm. We recommend the 10:30am service for families with young children as we have Kidzchurch. If you're a teenager we invite you to come along to experience Base on Saturday nights, the most happening place in Newbury! If you visit us Sunday morning you're welcome to join us for Cafe@church after the 10:30 service if you'd like to have a chat. There is plenty else on also during the week so check out our weekly newsletter for more details.

Perhaps you're simply here to find out more about the Christian faith. You'd be interested to know that we also run an exploratory course in the Christian faith, called Alpha, at various times and locations throughout the year. Check out the site for the dates of the next course.

If you're facing financial difficulties during these economic times, we offer free money advice through Christians Against Poverty charity. Details of the course can be found here.

We hope to see you soon.

With warm wishes,

Pastor Ian Gardner and the KCC Team
